Job Role: Care Worker
The Care Worker will assist with day-to-day routines including personal care and feeding. Candidates must have at least 6 months of care experience and demonstrate compassion.
Responsibilities include helping patients with washing, dressing, feeding, making beds, turning patients to prevent pressure sores, talking to patients, assisting with mobility, and maintaining a tidy environment. Use of mobility aids and escorting patients may be involved.
Previous experience and qualifications in care are essential. The role involves working under supervision and may include training new healthcare assistants.
