Overview
Collaborate with senior managers, stakeholders, and HR teams to proactively plan and deliver workforce and people strategies aligned with divisional and Council priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and allocate HR resources to ensure timely delivery of business partnering activities, including workforce planning, employee relations, organisational change, and talent management.
- Coach and support managers and HR colleagues to drive successful HR change and meet business goals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in HR generalist and people practices.
Qualifications
- Local authority experience desirable, but not essential
