A reputable recruitment firm is seeking a skilled Building Surveyor in Oxfordshire. This permanent role involves completing detailed reports, identifying defects, and advising clients on restoration options. The ideal candidate will have a degree in building surveying and preferably RICS qualifications. Core Recruiter are recruiting for a Building Surveyor to join a reputable business based in Oxfordshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team, delivering a wide range of projects and providing expert advice across the property and construction sector.
In this role, you will complete detailed reports, specifications and building surveys; identify defects and advise on repair, maintenance and restoration options including project management. You will liaise with clients, construction companies and other relevant stakeholders, attend and chair meetings, and represent the business while building strong client relationships.
Salary / Package : £50,000 - £60,000 per annum plus package
- Preferably RICS course qualified
- Degree in building surveying or equivalent
- Post graduate experience
- Knowledge of fire risk assessments (desirable)
- IT skills and analytically minded
- Company car and fuel allowance
- Pension scheme
- Travel expenses
- Mobile phone
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing to 25 days with service)
