A rapidly growing FinTech company in Greater London is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Officer to oversee payroll processing and benefits administration across the UK. This hands-on role requires strong attention to detail and communication skills, with the potential for growth into a Payroll Manager position. The ideal candidate will have experience in UK payroll and a commitment to accuracy. Benefits include stock options, private medical insurance, and a modern office environment. Salary ranges from £45,000 to £60,000 based on experience.

We are headquartered in London, UK, but are also present in several European countries as well as the United States where we service our partners, including eBay, Amazon, Just Eat, Shopify, and Stripe.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll & Benefits Officer to support the payroll and benefits function across the UK, with the opportunity to gain exposure to US and EU payroll as the business grows.
Working closely with HR, Finance, and our external payroll providers, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing and benefits administration. This is a hands on role suited to someone eager to learn, develop their payroll expertise, and grow into owning the payroll function over time.
This role offers a clear progression path toward a Payroll Manager position as the company continues to scale internationally.
£45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
