A housing development organization based in the North East is seeking a Finance Business Partner (Subsidiaries) to manage financial oversight of development subsidiaries. Key responsibilities include preparing annual budgets and monthly management accounts. The role requires strong collaboration skills, experience in housing finance, and, ideally, knowledge of statutory accounts. We're looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Finance Business Partner (Subsidiaries), in the Strategic Finance & Treasury Team.
The Finance Business Partner (Subsidiaries) will work closely with the development team and members of the strategic finance and treasury team to be responsible for the financial management of the Karbon Group development subsidiary companies. This will include preparation of the annual budget, preparation of monthly management accounts and performance information, updating annual forecasts and preparation of the annual statutory accounts.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate an ability to work under pressure and to collaborate with other team members and the wider business to form part of an effective team. Experience of housing development finance, Open Accounts and preparation of statutory accounts would be beneficial but is not essential.
The successful candidate will work in our Finance team led by the Senior Finance Business Partner (Growth & Business Development): Mark Banks.
