Responsibilities:

1. Key Finance Business Partner supporting the RM Resources management team.
2. Responsible for production of forecasts & budgets ensuring alignment with relevant functional owners.
3. Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to analyse trends, impact of marketing & promotional activity.
4. Support & challenge Product Development teams through the development cycle including production/approval of business cases and ongoing monitoring of performance.
5. Support month-end activities, including review of actuals and provision of variance analysis including commentary.
6. Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support business requirements.

Requirements:

1. Exposure to senior leaders in a previous role and experience working in cross-functional teams.
2. Ability to represent finance with the business and the business with finance.
3. Demonstrated ability to “get behind the numbers” and understand key drivers within a business.
4. A high energy, ambitious proactive approach.
5. Qualified accountant with previous experience in senior Finance roles.
6. Experience in data-rich digital environments such as Retail.
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. Ability to influence at all levels of an organisation.
9. Highly analytical with a keen attention to detail.
