Are you an ambitious Assistant Finance Business Partner seeking to take your career to the next level?

A fast-paced manufacturing business is looking for a talented individual to join their team as an Assistant Finance Business Partner. This role offers the chance to make a real difference to the business, with responsibility for creating an effective business partnering relationship with the site teams.

The Assistant Finance Business Partner will join a passionate and enthusiastic team, working within an exciting and busy environment. This role presents the ideal opportunity to develop your management accounting skills, with the potential to earn up to £37,000 plus study support.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide effective and proactive management accounts support to the operations and development team.
2. Provide accurate and informative management account reports.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
2. Qualified or working towards relevant qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA or equivalent.
3. Ability to manage large volumes of data into usable formats.
4. Excellent communication, analytical, customer service, and Excel skills.
