Delivering a portfolio of new build construction projects across Scotland.
Majority of the projects fall within the education sector, delivering new schools and higher education facilities. Other projects fall within healthcare.
The role will involve a combination of office-based work and weekly site visits across the region.
Our client is looking for Quantity Surveyors looking for a career move. They are also keen to see experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyors looking for career progression.
You will have a minimum of 5 years' commercial experience, assisting with the delivery of new build and/or construction projects.
Must have experience and working knowledge of managing NEC and/or JCT forms of contract.
Strong experience of procuring and managing subcontracts, and an ability to negotiate with clients and subcontractors.
Relevant quantity surveying degree.
