  • Support global and regional COE initiatives by contributing technical and analytical input on regional benefits matters.
Digital Tools & Platform Enablement
  • Support the use and optimisation of the MyBenefits platform, working with COE team members focused on technology and enablement to drive user engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to content updates, functionality testing, and feedback loops to continuously improve the digital benefits experience.

  • Strong knowledge of insured employee benefits programs (e.g., Healthcare, Life, Disability, Business Travel Accident, AD&D) and insurance fundamentals.
  • Experience with plan documents, vendor communications, and data analysis.
  • Ability to apply and share policies to mitigate risk and enhance plan value.
