In this HR Business Partner role, you’ll work alongside senior Power Unit leaders, ensuring our people strategy aligns with the fast-paced, high-performance nature of our business. Your focus? Maximising potential, optimising structures, and creating a culture where top talent thrives.

  • Business Partnering: You’ll be the go-to trusted advisor for our Power Unit leaders, delivering creative and strategic HR solutions that drive performance and engagement.
  • Talent & Succession Planning: Identify, develop, and retain our brightest minds, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent to keep us ahead of the competition.
  • Shaping Organisational Success: Partner with leadership to design and evolve team structures, ensuring we have the agility to adapt and innovate.
  • Driving People Performance: From coaching managers to enhancing team capability, you’ll ensure our PU team is set up for success.
  • Managing Complex People Challenges: From ER case management to identifying people risks, you’ll proactively support leaders in making the best people decisions.
  • Leading & Developing a Team: You’ll mentor and develop a HR Advisor, ensuring they grow and contribute to our high-performance culture.

To be considered for this HR Business Partner role, you will need:

  • Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
  • A track record of driving strategic people initiatives, from succession planning to organisational design.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing complex people change, inspiring teams, and leading through transformation.

Role title: HR Business Partner

Location: Red Bull Technology Campus, Milton Keynes (MK7)

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30

Where you'll work: Hybrid working (4 days in office, 1 day working from home)
