Job summary
A leading automotive recruitment agency is seeking a committed Service Advisor to join a busy Service Department in Epsom. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar dealership environment, focusing on providing excellent customer service and upselling services. In return, a basic salary of £28,000 - £30,000 and OTE of up to £45,000 is offered, along with additional benefits such as private healthcare and training opportunities.

- Proven success in upselling service work and service plans.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers about required service and repairs.
- Produce Job Cards using in-house computer systems.
- Update customer and vehicle records.
- Prepare and complete invoices.
- Advise customers on estimated costs and timescales.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed.

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive award-winning Motor Trade Dealership, who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Epsom area. Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.
- Basic Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £45,000+ with uncapped bonuses based on customer satisfaction scores and upsell performance

- A working experience within a Service Advisor role, based in a Main Dealership or similar environment.
- The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
- Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
- Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software
- Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
- Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
- Update Customers and Vehicle Records
- Prepare and complete Invoices
- Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
- Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requires
