A leading international food company in London is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure compliance with UK and EU food safety regulations. This role involves overseeing product labelling, managing allergen risk assessments, and supporting audits. The ideal candidate has a degree in Food Science, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and a strong knowledge of food legislation. Benefits include a salary of £32,000 – £36,000, hybrid working after probation, and 25 days of annual leave.

Qualifications
