Job Description
As Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
- Lead the strategic planning process to align with the company's growth.
- Ensure healthy cash flow to support day-to-day operations and growth initiatives.
- Provide detailed insights into costs, ensuring profitability as the business scales.
- Take the lead on preparing and managing budgets and forecasts to guide the business forward.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Collaborate with the finance team on financial reporting and analysis.
- Monitor financial performance by measuring and analysing results.
- Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and principles.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with auditors.
- Provide financial advice to management to aid strategic planning.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A strong foundation in accounting and finance principles.
- Excellent analytical skills for financial forecasting and diagnosis.
