Qualifications

- Conduct monthly P&L and cash flow analyses.

Your responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing annual budgets for effective financial planning.
- Providing weekly cash flow updates.
- Conducting monthly P&L and cash flow analyses for comprehensive financial insights.
- Implementing cost optimization programs.
- Reviewing intercompany and external loans to ensure financial health.
- Supporting sales and operations teams.
- Leading working capital management.
- Managing financial planning for human resources.
What we expect from you
We seek a candidate with a strong work ethic, high urgency, and ownership mentality. You should be proactive, committed, humble, and passionate about building and executing new businesses. Additionally, you should have:
- An accounting background, preferably with over two years of experience at a Big Four firm.
- Experience as CFO, Head of Finance, or Finance Director in a small or medium-sized business.
- UK work permit.
- Industry experience in media and conferences is a plus but not mandatory.
