What will you be doing?

Responsibilities may vary, based on the team you land in. Typically though, at Director level, you will be responsible for :

  • Leading : you will lead a high‑performing team striving for excellence
  • Process improvement : you will actively lead and drive projects to automate central processes
  • Analysis : you will enable the production of financial analysis and make recommendations through robust business modelling. You will be a leader‑doer who is hands‑on
  • Storytelling : you will consolidate financials and present in an engaging way to Executive leadership
  • Stakeholder management : you will business partner technical and non‑technical audiences, supporting teams in realizing financial objectives and optimizing capital allocation
We tend to look for people with :
  • Professional Accountancy Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • A strong background across one of, or a combination of : Banking, Consulting, Fintech, Tech and / or other adjacent industries
  • Strong generalist experience across core finance activities such as : business partnering, capital allocation (FP&A) etc. with a track record of managing financial budgets, actuals, business cases, modelling and project coordination
  • MBA, CFA or CPA preferred
  • Experience in an International or Pan‑European environment
  • Ability work in a fast paced environment with tight delivery targets
  • Able to work across numerous departments and subject areas to achieve a common goal
  • Able to manage the detail while retaining the bigger picture
