Multiple Immediate Start Positions Available

SALARY: £12.85 - £14.58 per Hour (depending on experience) + Shift Allowance + Generous Benefits (see below)

LOCATION: Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire (DN15)

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: 8 Hour Shifts / 3-shift rotations, between 06:00 until 14:00 (Monday to Saturday), 22:00 until 06:00 (Monday to Friday) and 14:00 until 22:00 (Monday to Friday)

Overtime paid at x1.5 Weekdays & Saturdays & x2.0 Sundays and Bank Holidays

Plus Free drinks (3 per Shift) and Paid Breaks

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for either an experienced Production Operative / Manufacturing Machine Operator or a trainee willing to learn all elements of the role.

Working as the Production Operative / Manufacturing Machine Operator you will join the team to help manufacture high quality corrugated board, which is distributed throughout the UK.

As the Production Operative / Manufacturing Machine Operator you will operate a range of machinery (once fully trained) to ensure production schedules and quality standards are met.

DUTIES

Once trained your duties as a Production Operative / Manufacturing Machine Operator include:

• Operating various manufacturing machinery and equipment

• Following established procedures and quality standards

• Performing routine maintenance and inspections

• Monitoring production output and identifying any issues

• Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve production targets

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Good communication and teamwork skills
