A forward-thinking and supportive law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their established property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a conveyancer who wants to work in a collaborative, well-structured environment with a manageable caseload and genuine flexibility.

You’ll be responsible for managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. Work will include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership

You’ll be supported by a strong administrative team, allowing you to focus on technical quality and client care.

We’re looking for a conveyancer with:

• Experience running a full conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish
• Great client service skills and a proactive approach
• You may be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or an experienced fee earner with equivalent experience
