The Product Operations team is offering an exciting apprenticeship opportunity for a Project Coordinator to support a wide range of portfolio delivery activities. This role provides hands‑on experience in project coordination, governance, and delivery contributing to impactful initiatives across the BBC, such as Digital Accessibility and Audience Experiences at Scale.

YOUR SKILLS AND ELIGIBILITY

We’re looking for your passion for working at the BBC and your enthusiasm for delivering world‑class content and operational excellence to our audiences.   • Have a passion to learn more about Business Management or Project Management
  • Want to work with data or with business management information on a regular basis, generating reports, analysing data or using spreadsheets. Demonstrating great attention to detail.
  • Are motivated, accountable and self‑driven. You should be an effective team player with the ability to communicate with various stakeholders both internally and externally.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
  • Be 18 years old or over by the time the apprenticeship begins in September 2026
  • Have lived in the UK continuously for the last 3 years prior to the start of the apprenticeship
  • Be legally eligible to work full‑time in the UK for the entire duration of the apprenticeship
  • Not currently be enrolled in another apprenticeship programme, whether with the BBC or another organisation
  • Not have completed or hold qualifications in the apprenticeship subject at the same or higher level
  • Have, or expect to have, maths and English GCSEs or 5 (Scotland) at 9‑4 (A‑C) or an equivalent qualification
  • Have, or expect to have, a Level 3 qualification(s), that equate to 96 UCAS points. This could be:
    • A Levels – 3 × Cs or above in any subject
    • An Advanced apprenticeship, BTEC or NVQ – will also be considered but must equate to 96 UCAS points.
