A leading cruise line is seeking a dedicated Public Health Coordinator to enhance onboard public health performance through targeted training, audit coordination, and SOP management. The role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in public health and food safety, alongside a relevant degree. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and be willing to travel internationally. Qualificações
- Significant experience (minimum 2 years) in public health and food safety management system audits.
- Understanding of ISO 22000 standards and public health regulations.
- Experience in cruise industry with strong public health and food safety exposure.
Responsabilidades
- Coordinate all internal and external ship audits and manage public health schedules.
- Review internal audit reports for non-conformities and share them with shoreside departments.
- Support ISO22000 accreditation and audit program on ships.
