Qualifications

• Experience in mentoring or providing pastoral care is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of strategies to support children with challenging behaviours.
• Patient, compassionate, and resilient with ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with challenging behaviours.
• Work to engage and motivate children in their learning.
• Support the classroom teacher in adapting learning for students.

Experience with children in KS2
