Finlay Jude Associates Ltd are supporting a leading service provider who are looking for a Document Editor to join their busy and fast paced team. You will be home based with the occasional day in the office.

This position is to fill a new role within a growing company and offers a great opportunity to display your skills and be a part of developing the company.

Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for clear communication?

In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring all our documents are polished, error‑free, and meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Edit documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and clarity.
  • Ensure documents adhere to our style guide and formatting requirements.
  • Fact‑check information and verify its accuracy.
  • Improve document flow and readability, making complex information easy to understand for the target audience.
  • Collaborate with writers and other team members to provide constructive feedback and suggestions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of current grammar and style rules.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on industry best practices for document editing.
  • Meet deadlines consistently.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
