A leading financial services company is seeking an Associate to join their Transaction Management team in London. The role involves executing complex project finance transactions in the Infrastructure, TMT, and Energy sectors. Candidates should have a degree in a related field, strong analytical and financial modeling skills, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. This position offers the chance to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and support various aspects of transaction execution.

This is a dynamic front-office role within ING’s Transaction Management team, where you’ll be at the centre of executing complex project finance transactions across Infrastructure, TMT, and Energy sectors. You’ll work closely with client-facing teams and deal principals to support origination efforts and take ownership of the execution process from structuring to closing.
