Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking a Head of Finance for a property services division. - Taking full ownership of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the division, ensuring alignment with the wider group strategy
- Business Partnering with senior operational leaders to translate performance into clear, actionable insights that guide decision-making and drive long-term value
- Lead the finance integration of new acquisitions and champion process improvements across your division, identifying opportunities to drive efficiency and consistency
- Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, playing a key role in shaping financial direction at group level while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Fully qualified with experience of managing people at Management Accountant level
- Experienced in both presenting management accounts and liaising with external stakeholders
- Power BI skills and/or having worked within the property sector would both be highly advantageous
- Highly flexible working environment including hybrid working (with as little as two days a month in the office if remote working preferred)
