Seasoned Solutions/IT architect with 12-15 years of experience, including at least 8-10 years in the 'Banking and Financial Services' (BFS) domain. Proven track record in leading solution and technical architecture teams to define complex enterprise architectures, create implementation roadmaps, and present/defend solutions to client CTOs and EA teams. Experience in architectural change management and governance is essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain overall IT architecture using Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365, .NET, and Dynamics 365.
2. Possess strong hands-on technical skills in React Native and .NET technologies.
3. Provide technology leadership for one or two lines of business (LOBs) within an SBU, driving architectural and technological initiatives in collaboration with the SBU.
4. Evangelize architecture strategies to business executives and project leaders to secure stakeholder commitment.
5. Perform architectural assessments and provide remediation guidance for existing systems in crisis.
6. Lead a team of solution/technical architects, collaborating with stakeholders across business, IT, operations, partners, and vendors to define enterprise architecture blueprints.
7. Mediates differing viewpoints and negotiates solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
8. Establish and evolve processes and policies for architecture governance within responsible programs or projects.
9. Define metrics to validate solution conformance to architecture standards.

Skills / Experience:

1. Demonstrated technical leadership in strategic architectural projects or initiatives.
2. Proven impact on business through leading complex projects or system architectures.
3. Knowledge of current technology trends and techniques in the IT industry.
4. Leadership skills to mentor and scale teams in technology and architecture areas.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. Experience in defining enterprise and solution architectures.
7. Experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain.
8. Certifications such as TOGAF or cloud architecture are advantageous.

Mandatory Skills: Architectural diagrams, Docker, Microservices, Software Engineering and Design Architecture, UML diagrams.
