We are seeking a General Engineering Technician/Trainer with relevant experience in general engineering. This role is suitable for those seeking a career change or already working in a similar role and eager to progress. The preferred start date is mid-March.

Working within our successful Engineering department, the role involves supporting lecturers and students, assisting in practical lesson delivery. Responsibilities include maintaining machinery and equipment, inspecting and recording, ensuring a safe working environment, and preparing materials and equipment for practical activities.

Sharing your knowledge and experience to develop future talent is highly rewarding and offers an opportunity to influence the industry's workforce.

Experience in welding is advantageous but not essential. You should be enthusiastic and motivated, capable of engaging with FE students to help them reach their potential.
