A leading adult social care provider in the UK is looking for dedicated individuals to support adults with various needs like learning disabilities and mental health issues. Responsibilities include high-quality personalized support, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring a flourishing environment for the people supported. Location: Ystradgynlais ,Swansea ,SA9 1LQ
Shifts:Full time(33 or 36 hours) and part time ( 16 or 22 hours) available (Mon - Sun rota including weekends)
Pay Rate:£12.60 - £12.90 per hour
Sponsorship:This service does not provide support for visa sponsorship
Social Care Wales:You will have six months from starting the position to register for your SCW pin

You’ll support adults with lots of different needs such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health
You’ll support them to flourish in a place they call home. You’ll empower the people we support to be ambitious and live fulfilled lives
You’ll give high-quality support tailored to people’s needs
You’ll do activities like cooking, art or listening to music. And get out for movie nights and food outings
You’ll provide personal care including support with continence needs; health and medication needs; handling personal possessions; finances and documents; shopping. Help them to have good levels of personal and environmental hygiene
You’ll follow our procedures, so we give consistent, safe, and reliable care and support
Good general education
Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion to make a difference
Commitment to the aims and objectives of the home and of Ivolve
Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable)
A commitment to undertake training and development
RQF Level 2 or above in social care
Previous experience within social care setting
Knowledge and commitment regarding Equal Opportunities
Knowledge of the regulatory frameworks
Confident IT user
