A leading financial institution in Bradford is seeking a Strategy and Insight Manager to enhance capacity planning and forecasting. The role demands strong analytical skills and proven leadership experience. Key responsibilities include leading a team to develop capacity models and strategic insights that drive sustainable growth. As the Strategy and Insight Manager you will identify, build and mature capacity models that reflect strategic needs and insight across YBS. Elevate the team s advanced analytics capability to futureproof models and workflows. Partner with multisite stakeholders to understand business drivers and deliver accurate capacity plans and impact analyses for strategic change.
Lead a team responsible for designing an effective WFM proposition that produces accurate forecasts and effective schedules.
As Strategy and Insight Manager, you will play a pivotal role in translating strategic priorities into actionable plans. You ll lead on demand forecasting, capacity modelling, and insight-driven recommendations that enable sustainable growth. This is a high-impact role requiring collaboration across the business and the ability to influence at all levels.
