Why be a Senior Data Analyst at THG?

Working within the Commercial Insight team in THG Beauty, this is a senior analyst position that will work closely with the Retail Media Team in order to find opportunities to support growth and direct the long-term retail media strategy of our brand partners on THG Beauty retail sites, including LOOKFANTASTIC, Cult Beauty and Dermstore globally.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll:

• Develop and own fully automated data products that both support the business and deliver incremental value to stakeholders.
• Support in the measurement of activities and make recommendations for improvements.
• Work with the Retail Media department to further develop their offerings.
• Provide support and guidance to analysts within the team - providing support at both technical and commercial levels.
• Attend and present findings in strategy meetings with our partners.

What Skills and Experience do I need?

• 2+ years working in an Analytics function, preferably in the Beauty industry.
• Deliver high quality analysis.
• Present findings to both internal and external stakeholders in an engaging manner.
• Proactive mindset when it comes to identifying insight and commercial opportunities.
• Ability to manage stakeholders - both internal and external.
• Look to create time efficiencies by creating robust automated processes.
• SQL.
• Excel - advanced proficiency.
• Tableau/Power BI or any data visualization tool, preferably Tableau.
• Commercial acumen.

Measurable KPI's

• Time saved via process automation.
• Quality of insights produced.
• Highlighting commercial opportunities and threats.
• Proactivity in highlighting areas of insight.
• Process improvements via the embedding of segmentations & models into the decision-making process.
• Demonstrated history of owning and improving data pipelines, including:
• Moving process through dev, testing and production environments.
• Version control.
• Error handling.
• Solutions that are scalable.
