Residential Conveyancer is required by a law firm near Southampton within their specialist residential conveyancing team. The role is due to further expansion and the team consists of many very experienced property lawyers. - The Residential Conveyancer will be responsible for a case load with minimal supervision of residential conveyancing transactions.
- Predominantly the conveyancing work will involve new build property transactions, title checking and transfers of ownership, liaising with developers, builders and financial institutions.
- The role will suit a conveyancer, qualified as a solicitor, legal executive or by experience who is capable of running a case load with minimal supervision and must have new build conveyancing experience.
Salary Circa £30,000 to £50,000 depending upon experience
