  • 2+ years' experience in operations, compliance, risk, or similar.
  • Experience within an FCA-regulated business is essential.
  • Understanding of FCA rules and their application.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Compliance Officer and compliance monitoring plan.
  • Review business data, identify risks, and escalate issues.
  • Provide compliance support and training to operational teams.
  • Keep up to date with FCA regulations.
