Responsibilities
  • Handle the administration of regulatory legal instructions and update internal databases, including the Building Management System, Compliance Database, and Salesforce.
  • Ensure Health & Safety and BSA requirements are instructed and accurately recorded (including LOLERs, Fire Risk Assessments, Water Risk Assessments, Fire Safety Regulations 2022, and EICRs).
  • Respond to internal and external compliance queries with clarity and professionalism, providing advice and solutions.
  • Support the resolution of non-compliance issues to reduce risk to the company and clients.
  • Identify and elevate risks to performance against compliance requirements.
  • Follow company processes, procedures, and policies at all times.
  • Undertake additional duties appropriate to the role as required.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience working in an office administration environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong time management, and organisational skills.
  • Confident use of Microsoft Word and Outlook; basic Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide consistently high levels of customer service to both internal and external customers.

  • 27 days holiday plus all Bank Holidays.
  • Option to buy/sell up to 5 days annual leave each holiday year.
  • Life Assurance Cover.
  • Free Healthcare Cashback Plan (re‑claiming for optical treatment, dental care, physiotherapy and GP charges, plus more – all to a generous fixed amount), plus 24/7 access to remote GP Services.
  • Sponsorship for study and professional qualifications (up to 4 study days).
  • Pension scheme (matched up to 7%) and Life assurance (4×annual salary).
