• Oversee finances and budgets, event planning and programme delivery to maximise impact and accessibility.
• Identify opportunities for business development through effective marketing, networking and innovative solutions while maintaining the main house’s historical status and improving facilities.
• Exercise a high degree of autonomy with support and mentorship from the Board of Trustees, who act as line manager.

• Proven management skills with experience in leading teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong IT skills, effective planning, and clear communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to develop the business, foster a welcoming environment, and work towards sustainable operational practices.
