Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Coach and Assistant Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the sport, a strong understanding of coaching as well as the ability to inspire and motivate players.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise, and conduct an effective training program.
- Attend all fixtures (for the right candidate).
- Develop and implement game strategies and tactics.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to players to enhance their skills and performance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Monitor and evaluate player progress and development.
- Collaborate with other coaches to ensure a cohesive club coaching approach.
- Support the Club Coach in their role.
- Support the planning and delivery of an effective training program.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to players to enhance their skills and performance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Collaborate with other coaches to ensure a cohesive club coaching approach.
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching experience
- Relevant coaching certifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with players of all ages and varying abilities.
- Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
