We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Voluntary Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations at Portsmouth Cathedral’s shop. The role involves managing volunteers, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to the shop's integration with a new heritage exhibition space funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund in 2024.
- Location: Portsmouth Cathedral, Old Portsmouth, UK
- Reports to: Visitor Experience Manager
- Hours: Approximately 22 hours per week, flexibly scheduled over shop opening times (Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm; Sundays, 12pm to 4pm). Weekend and some evening hours will be required.
