General Manager: £42,500 per year

We are The Salad Project, London’s answer to healthy food and a fresh outlook on how we live, feel, and eat. Our founders Florian and James opened our first store in summer 2021. • Location: Tottenham Court Road
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week
• Reporting to: Co-founders and Operations Manager
• Responsibilities include:
• Managing budgets, costs, and quality control
• Team morale, development, and training
• Implementing and improving service processes
• Maintaining hygiene standards to uphold a 5-star rating
• Stock management, rota planning, and supplier relations
• Monitoring catering and delivery data
• Ensuring store maintenance and hygiene compliance
• Onboarding and training new staff
• Upholding customer service and operational excellence

• 2-3 years in hospitality management

• Salary: £42,500 per year
