Job summary
A cleaning service provider in Greater London is seeking a reliable cleaning support professional. Responsibilities include general cleaning in various locations, performing caretaking tasks, and ensuring cleaning standards are met. Applicants should have prior cleaning experience, a full UK driving license, and be able to work flexible hours. This is a full-time, permanent role offering opportunities for further growth. Pay starts at £13.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Support schools and commercial sites.
- Carry out general cleaning duties.
- Perform caretaking tasks like unlocking/locking.
- Ensure cleaning standards are maintained.
- Communicate issues with supervisors.
- Assist new cleaners in settling in.
Skills
Company vehicle & fuel provided
- Supporting schools and commercial sites when cover is needed
- Carrying out general cleaning duties (classrooms, offices, toilets, communal areas)
- Caretaking tasks: unlocking/locking, basic maintenance, reporting issues
- Ensuring each site is cleaned to our company standards
- Communicating with supervisors regarding any issues on site
- Occasionally helping new cleaners settle in and understand the routine
- Previous cleaning experience (school cleaning experience is a bonus)
- Full UK driving licence (company car + fuel provided)
- Good communication and time management skills
- Someone reliable, flexible, and comfortable working at different locations
- Ability to work independently and take initiativeMust be able to pass an enhanced DBS check (we will arrange this)
Minimum of 40 hours per week
Mix of daytime and afternoon/evening shifts depending on cover needs
