Are you a design technician, with experience in AutoCAD, looking to join a well-established company, that boasts clients like the University of Oxford, and offers an enhanced holiday package and great progression opportunities?
Are you experienced in conducting design works for the installation of heating and plumbing works, looking for a role that offers private healthcare after probation and a Christmas shutdown?
This company was established just under three decades ago and since then has become a trusted partner of many contractors in assisting with heating and plumbing installations. The company are based within the Home Counties and are now branching out across the UK.
In this role the suitable candidate will be expected to work in a design team of four to produce 2D drawings and 3D renderings of projects. Working with primarily newbuilds, must ensure industry standards are complied with on all works.

The Role:
- 8 - 5 Monday - Friday
- Work in design team of four, two designers and two estimators
- Primarily be based in the office, but when required, visit client sites to gain perspective on works
- Ensure industry standards are complied with on all projects
- Complete initial drawings and renderings and be responsible for editing existing drawings to ensure maximum quality
- Collaborate with the mechanical and service teams to assist throughout the project lifecycle
The Person:
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Experience in the construction industry
