Qualifications

  • At least 5 years' UK experience in a similar role.
  • Strong background in premium domestic construction and refurb projects.

Responsibilities

  • Pricing drawings, from preliminary drawings to construction drawings.
  • Familiarity with reinforcement drawings, concrete works, drainage, and setting out.
  • Producing and presenting 3D modelling for client quotes.
  • Incorporating and circulating changes as needed.
  • Establishing quantities for purchasing.
  • Assisting the site team with drawing-related queries.
  • Logging weekly workload updates for team meetings.
  • Conducting site visits when required.
