About Our Client

An exciting role with an Architect firm in Nottingham.

Job Title: Office Manager

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000

Work Schedule: 4 days on-site, 1 day work from home, 7.5 hours, core hours 10am-4pm, 1 hour lunch

Benefits:

• 20 holidays + 2 holidays between Xmas & NY + 8 Bank Holidays
• Bonus annually - profits based
• Systems used: Microsoft, Sage, CMap
• Interviews will take place in-person at the office
• Limited/no parking available on-site

Job Description

• Maintains office services by organising office operations and procedures
• Day to day control of data, finance, facilities & correspondence
• Must demonstrate excellent knowledge in business management disciplines, financial management
• Be knowledgeable of technological developments
• Required to support management to various team members

• Literacy & Numeracy skills essential for document finalising and sign off
• Eye for detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication via all channels
• Organised and thorough with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure, to tight deadlines
