Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Land Manager for a reputable developer in SE London. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of land acquisition experience and a relevant degree. This role involves managing site acquisitions and working with a proactive team focused on high-rise developments in London. A competitive salary range of £40,000 – £50,000 plus package is offered.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of land acquisition experience in the London area.
- Proven experience in processing and acquiring sites.
Responsibilities
- Acquire sites from 80 - 300 units.
- Develop contacts for major site acquisitions in London.
- Work closely with the active land team.
