Job summary
A well-established housing association in the South West is seeking a Building Surveyor for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves overseeing various projects across Dorset, Somerset, Hampshire, and Wiltshire. Responsibilities include site inspections, producing work schedules, and contract administration. The ideal candidate will have an HNC or higher in building construction or surveying, and experience in the field. This position offers flexible working arrangements and a strong focus on wellbeing, along with career development and health benefits.

- Proven experience in a Building Surveyor role within housing, construction or property.
- Experience supervising multi-trade contracts from inception to completion.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Undertaking site inspections and surveys to identify required works.
- Producing work schedules and specifications for open-market tendering.
- Contract administration, including final accounts, valuations and CVIs.
