Description du poste
ou'll join a high-performance sales team responsible for identifying, winning and expanding relationships with SME and large-scale developers. This is a consultative role requiring strong commercial awareness, confidence in discussing technical insurance solutions, and a focus on long-term client value.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through targeted outreach and proactive networking - this is a true sales executive role, outbound targets are tough but rewards are reflective.
Qualify prospects and understand project needs, build-cost profiles and risk landscapes
Present AHCI warranty solutions and value proposition clearly and persuasively
Manage relationships throughout the sales cycle — initial enquiry to policy inception
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting
Attend industry events, site meetings and client presentations across the Midlands
Support strategic growth in the region by identifying market opportunities
What We're Looking For
Proven success in B2B sales — ideally construction insurance, property finance or related built-environment sectors - but flexible for the right personality
Ability to build trust with developers, contractors and professional advisers
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated, ambitious and resilient in a target-driven environment
Excellent communication and commercial acumen
Preferred but not essential
Experience in structural warranties, latent defects insurance, or construction risk
