Job summary
A family-run restaurant in Harpenden is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee shift management and staff training. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and wine knowledge, leading by example both in management and during service. This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as part of a dynamic team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a restaurant management role.

Responsibilities:
