As an Assistant Manager, you’ll work alongside the Centre Manager to provide effective management and leadership, driving profitability with a firm focus on the customer journey. Ideally, you will have previous hands-on experience as a mechanic, as you will divide your time between the workshop, working alongside technicians, and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service.

• Average uncapped bonus of £7,100 per year (with potential to earn more)

Skills and experience

• Experience / ability to deliver high customer satisfaction through effective management
• Experience / ability to coach and train colleagues
• Technical/mechanical ability or experience
• Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• IT proficiency, with willingness to learn in-house systems
• Good time management
• A current valid driving licence
