What will the Corporate Tax Senior Associate / Assistant Manager role involve?
  • Managing a varied portfolio of corporate tax clients, providing compliance and advisory services
  • Delivering technically strong and commercially focused tax advice to business owners, finance teams and senior stakeholders
  • Supporting partners and directors in delivering complex tax projects including restructuring, M&A and group planning
  • Managing project timelines, budgets and workflow to ensure efficient delivery of work
  • Supervising and developing junior staff, providing guidance and coaching
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships and provide additional advisory support
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation and applying it to client circumstances
Suitable Candidate for the Corporate Tax Senior Associate / Assistant Manager vacancy:
  • CTA and/or ACA qualified (or equivalent) with strong post-qualification experience in corporate tax.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver client work efficiently and profitably
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with experience liaising with senior client stakeholders
  • Sound technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation
  • Proactive and commercially minded with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in mentoring or managing junior team members
