The Role

Reporting into the Senior Process Technologist, you’ll play a key role in bringing product concepts to life and refining existing lines for improved efficiency, quality, and sustainability.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help coordinate and execute production trials, optimise manufacturing processes, and ensure smooth launches across a diverse and exciting portfolio. From supporting critical path delivery to ensuring trial readiness and data accuracy, you’ll be central to shaping how innovation comes to life on the factory floor.

This is a hands-on, solutions-focused role that combines technical know-how with strong organisation and communication skills. You’ll be actively involved in analysing performance, testing reformulations, and ensuring the business maintains its high standards for quality and compliance at every stage.

The Candidate

You’ll be a proactive and detail-oriented Process Technologist or food science graduate with experience in a manufacturing environment. Comfortable working across departments, you’re someone who thrives on problem-solving, learning, and making things better.
