FP&A & Financial Reporting Accountant — Real Estate Growth
Job summary
A prestigious property company in Greater London is seeking an FP&A and Financial Reporting Accountant to join their dynamic team. You will support budgets, prepare financial statements, and enhance management reports. Ideal candidates are ACA or ACCA qualified with experience in FP&A or financial management, alongside strong Excel and communication skills. This position offers a discretionary bonus and study support.

Qualifications
- ACA or ACCA qualified or newly qualified from practice or industry.
- Commercial experience in FP&A or as a Financial or Management Accountant.
- Good understanding of FRS102, budget and forecasting analysis.
Responsibilities
- Report directly to the FP&A and Financial Reporting Management Team.
- Support production of annual budgets, forecasting, and analysis.
- Produce quarterly management accounting packs.
- Prepare statutory and non-statutory financial statements.
- Assist with financial models development and maintenance.
