Job summary

Warwick invites applications for a Zone Assistant within Estates - Maintenance Operations. Based in a Zone team, you will support planned and reactive maintenance across the estate, assisting trades staff and technicians with routine tasks, minor repairs, and ensuring work areas are prepared and safe.

Previous experience in construction or maintenance is preferred, but a willingness to learn and develop new skills is highly valued.

Contract Type:Indefinite

Hours: Full-time, 36.5 hours per week (1.0 FTE)

Full time Salary Range: £23,915.00- £24,685.00 per annum

About the Role

Based within a Zone team, the Zone Assistant supports the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across the estate. The role includesassistingqualified trades staff and technicians in routine tasks, statutory testing, minor repairs, and generallabouringduties. This includes supporting basic work across electrical, mechanical, and building fabric systems, carrying materials and tools, and ensuring work areas are prepared and safe.
