JD&Co is recruiting a New Ventures Lead to join at the very start and work directly alongside the founder. You will take ideas from a blank sheet, test assumptions, build business cases and push the strongest opportunities into live ventures.

You''ll speak to customers and commercial partners, explore markets, pricing, margins and ROI, hire talent, shape propositions and get something live. This is a rare chance to own a mini business from day one in the content and media space.

• Track record of taking initiative and learning quickly.
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations and bring ideas to life.
• Commercially aware with a mindset for testing and scaling new opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Take ideas from blank sheet to initial tests in unfamiliar markets.
• Speak to customers and commercial partners to validate opportunities.
• Build business cases including pricing, economics, margins and ROI.
• Identify and recruit talent, sponsors or partners to support ventures.
• Shape propositions and get a scalable concept live with minimal overhead.
