Qualifications

• Previous social media marketing experience (Instagram, TikTok)
• Previous experience creating content - video, photo, or graphics
• Comfortable filming yourself and being on camera
• Grasp of short-form storytelling: first-frame hooks, pacing, a CTA that lands
• 1+ years in content creation or digital marketing

Responsibilities

• Own creative execution end-to-end, collaborating with the wider marketing team.
• Take a script or concept from brief to filmed footage and an edited, ready-to-test asset.
• Film short-form video, often lo-fi, and sometimes with you on camera.
• Self-edit fast in CapCut or similar: hooks, pacing, captions, and sound.
