Job summary
Ziff Davis Shopping VoucherCodes is seeking a Social Media & Content Lead to drive video content output, balancing organic and sponsored content. You will manage influencer/UGC partnerships, lead new YouTube and Reddit initiatives, and collaborate across Marketing, UX, and Brand teams to maximise engagement and revenue.
The role requires hands-on video editing, strong creator networks, and a commercial mindset in a hybrid London-based environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years in hands-on social media/content creation.
- Expert creator and editor with mobile-first video skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot).
- Comfort presenting on/off camera; ability to brief and direct creators.
- Influencer/UGC sourcing, briefing and partnerships experience.
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Reddit.
- Commercial mindset: align organic/content with revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Mobile-first video creation: concept, film, and edit Reels/TikToks/Shorts for organic growth and sponsored content.
- Deliver commercial video assets on time, aligning with brand standards.
- Produce trend-led, non-promotional content to protect organic engagement.
- Coordinate with UX, SEO, and Brand teams to repurpose assets.
